Management team is available 7 Days a week for any concerns, paying rent, and inquiring about leasing.
Onsite technicians to help with simple maintenance and repairs of trucks, carts, and trailers.

About Us

Philadelphia Food Trucks Commissary (PFTC) provides a full-spectrum of services and resources to mobile food vendors and caterers, including:

Fabrication & Maintenance

PFTC offers a full-spectrum of services for the design, fabrication, and repair and maintenance of your mobile food vending vehicles.

Commissary

PFTC has a fully-equipped and licensed commercial kitchen with ample prep tables; cooking equipment; storage space; and cleaning/dishwashing area, including an on-site dishwasher.

Storage

PFTC has space available to store food trucks and related equipment, including dry goods, paper products, and all of your other supplies.

Community & Networking

PFTC’s owner-operator has decades of experience in the restaurant industry, particularly mobile food vending in the Philadelphia region. He is a valuable resource to newcomers, readily providing guidance, advice, and connecting mobile food vendors with his own network of fellow business owners, strategic partners, suppliers, and more.
