The brainchild of one of the region’s top restaurateurs, Philadelphia Food Trucks Commissary (PFTC) endeavors to become the most comprehensive mobile food support operation on the East Coast by providing a a full-spectrum of services and resources to mobile food vendors and caterers, including:
PFTC has a fully-equipped and licensed commercial kitchen with ample prep tables; cooking equipment; storage space; and cleaning/dishwashing area, including an on-site dishwasher.
PFTC has space available to store food trucks and related equipment, including dry goods, paper products, and all of your other supplies. PFTC also provides cold storage (fridge, freezer) ?????
PFTC’s owner-operator has decades of experience in the restaurant industry, particularly mobile food vending in the Philadelphia region. He is a valuable resource to newcomers, readily providing guidance, advice, and connecting mobile food vendors with his own network of fellow business owners, strategic partners, suppliers, and more.
Additionally, PFTC provides a steady stream of business opportunities for all of our members through our own marketing efforts as well as our central booking platform.
PFTC members will also be privy to “beta” programs and opportunities – for example, we are developing a co-op for purchasing wholesale products.
